Musical Instrument Research at Blythe House pt.2

Continuing the theme of musical instruments, other related objects that can be found are musical devices such as radios and record players. The V&A currently displays a 20th century radio collection. This particular design was by Christopher Nicholson, a Modern Movement British designer. It was a unit combining radio + record player, and storage for records. The design was bought by the V&A from the designer's son, Tim Nicholson.
